David Hockensmith
David Hockensmith was born in Pennsylvania on June
13, 1844. He married Harriett "Hattie" Marshall in 1871. David
died July 6, 1931 at the farm home of his daughter Carrie
and her husband Preston Wilson near Mosca, Alamosa Co.,
Colorado. Burial was in Brown Cemetery at Gallatin, Missouri.
